how was my weekend?

Well, it is monday, so clearly I made it throught the weekend. Friday we went to see Ocean's 12. Big let down. Great cast though. Saturday I went shopping with Melissa. 2nd Saturday in a row shopping with Melissa. Good times. She is a good person to shop with. Sometimes you can get people that are either really antsy and dont want to wait around for you to make up your mind. She's not like that.

This is really a paraphrased version of my weekend. SO sunday was the Band Christmas concert. Jason did a great job! He's so handsome! I cheered him on. And then I put on an elf costume and ran around handing out candy canes. Long story that I dont want to go into right now.

SO my doctor upped my Zoloft to 100mg not because I am feeling depressed because I am actually doing really well, but because I worry a lot and stress about stupid stuff. So we will see if that helps. Hope it does! I need to get better sleep at night!

I was REALLY stressed today after my Doctor's appointment coming back to work. I feel horrible missing work. Epsecially since I love my job. I just worry way to freakin much. I am doing better now, still a bit stressed and edgy though.

Tonight is the Band Christmas Party! We are making Sweet Potato Casserole! It should be fun to hang out with everyone and eat a good meal!

I am just too stressed to write more now. ITs weird. I am happy and feeling confident, but I am just agitated a lot.

I think meditation is a load of crap but maybe I should look into some type of relaxtion plan.
