Weekend REcap
Well, I dont post from home so that is why I havent posted in a few days. Posting at home would take time away from my dogs and my husband, and I prefer to take time away from really working at the office.
Saturday was a delightful afternoon of cookie baking with Michelle and Cathy (sister and mother in law) Lots of fun. I really enjoyed making cookie cutter cookies. It is a creative outlet. People at work say they are pretty tasty too. But during the middle of the day on Saturday I was hit with major exhaustion. Maybe all the lack of sleep caught up with me I just couldnt stand up anymore. Later a high caffiene tea perked me up...
So Saturday night I decided to take 1 1/2 Ambien pills. Which is 15mg instead of my prescribed 10mg. And apparently it did the trick. My husband sat up for an hour in bed and watched a show and I had NO IDEA until the next day when he told me. I had the best sleep ever. Amazing. But last night I went back to 10mg of Ambien until I can get a response from my doctor. I mean, 10mg doesnt do anything but make me a little tired. It doesnt help me fall asleep and it certainly doesnt keep me asleep. Hopefully I will hear back from him today. I dont want to keep using 15mg and run out and need more and him not know why.
Anyway, Sunday was my husband and I's 1 year anniversarry of being married! Woohoo! I suprised him by taking him ice skating. It was a lot of fun. And amazingly, our cake still tasted great. Funny.
Anyway, today at lunch I think I will go to Target and buy some stocking stuffers and look for cute dog apparel. The dogs have to be stylish for the holidays. Duh.
I miss my friend Melissa. Melissa if you are reading this, which you are welcome to do otherwise I wouldnt have told you the address. Feel free to leave me a note! Hope you are having a good time!
It is very cold here! Snowed BRIEFLY last night. But it was very cool. It snowed very briefly on our wedding day too so that was a nice suprise for our 1 year anniversary. Maybe a gift from God or my mom. I think my mom. I miss her too.
