Weekend Recap

Well, I am alive. I went to a hockey game saturday night. IT was military appreciation night and the band was playing a pregame concert and the anthem. They rocked out with the pregame concert. I was very impressed with the guys. So, we get to our seats. I am not joking when I say this, but the seats were at a 70% angle to the ice rink. 70%. Plus even with your arms flat against your sides, you were touching the arm rests. YOU could NOT cross your legs without bumping the person in front of you. and when standing, I am quite sure that with one little nudge from behind I would have gone tumbling down the 70% incline. I was surrounded by people on this mountain of an incline with tiny seats and very narrow rows. HEll. So we moved higher. But really, that only kept me from screaming. I wont go there again even if Boys II Men were performing. What a horrible building plan.

Anyway, Sunday J and I loaded up at Petsmart. The dogs were in need of treats and food and ear cleaners and vitamins. Then we got our weekly newspaper and went home. IT was a lovely Sunday afternoon. A big fire in the fireplace that lasted all day. The cool football games, a book and my dogs. What a life. I absolutely love our house. THe layout is perfect, the rooms sizes are terrific, I love the huge stone fireplace. Anyway, I love my house.
