I am on the run

Well, I Called into work sick on Friday. And I really did not want to go to work today. SO I slept in and didnt call. Very bad. In my defense, I was very tired. It is very hard to sleep well when J isnt here. And, I am a little congested. But mainly I didnt want to go. Well, what do I get? Do I get fired? No, amazingly. I even started looking through the paper for another job. So what happens? They send to of my office mates out to the North East ( pretty far from the office) to check on me. Me in my striped pajama pants, t shirt no bra and bangs sticking straight out. I actaully am congested and a bit snotty so it wasnt hard to caugh for effect. I emailed my boss to say sorry they had to send workers out and she said things like, oh we just care about you and if you need anything, even at 3 in the morning, give me a call. I am sure it is hard when J is out of town.

SO apparently I can not get fired. For the life of me. Doesnt seem to work. THis is probably for the best. I think i can hold out another 2 months at least. It is hard to find a job with the same pay and the little experience I have.

So do I go back tommorow? I am ready to go back, but for effect should I stay home another day? I think I will sleep in and go in around 11am.
