Hi,I'm answering your letter (below). I don't know why $$$$$ isn't writing to you about Korea or much of anything else. I do know this: I've suspected for a long time that things "aren't right" with $$$$$. Many of her thought patterns, ways of interpreting other people's behavior, and her own behavior are not normal. I also recognize in $$$$$ some of the same problems that I saw in $$$. She needs help. Apparently, she is getting some. As far as I know, she is still seeing a therapist and taking tranquillizers. We don't really know much about what happened after she $$$$$$$. She might have had a very significant "breakdown." There's no point looking for reasons. She isn't rational.It's real hard not to take the way she behaves personally. But I think some sympathy is called for and persistance (in the form of continuing to write or call her). Do you remember when $$$$ cut me out of her life? She didn't give me any reason at the time. She has done this to $$$$ and $$$$, several girlfriends that I know of, and, most recently, her maid of honor. Who knows how many others there have been. I remember when she behaved that way to $$$, your neighbor across the street, when she was around 8. That was about the time when I started noticing her cruelty to other people. And then it became consistent. I don't know why I finally worked my way back into her graces. No idea. She could cut me out just as easily again.She's had a pretty rough life, and like I said before, we should be thankful that she has been able to marry successful, get through college and get a job.I've talked with $$$i on the phone a couple of times recently. You might be interested in knowing that she has not answered my questions about taking courses in singing or performance at $$$. She will be eligible in May. She doesn't seem to be interested in trying out for any plays or operas. She quit her singing job at the church. In addition, she has no pictures of $$$ around her house. She may be having a really hard time with her emotions right now. She seems to be very depressed.Let me know if you have any upcoming weekend plans (month of February) and I'll plan a trip accordingly.Love you, Rob
